I'm lucky to live in a town that has a real parade. You may have still felt a bit overdressed in hats and gloves but I saw a good many cute (and appropriate, I must add) dresses today. Many young girls were wearing them too-not just the mothers, grannies, and toddlers. I wore a festive outfit of cropped jeans and woven top that had red, white, and blue. My son (wearing blue and white madras shorts and a red polo shirt, in case you're wondering what little boys wear on the 4th in my neck of the woods) and I rode our bikes and I hate when my skirt flips up from the wind when we ride. It was so hot I wished I wore a dress or a skirt though!

I hope you had a nice day!

Sarah H.Sarah H.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6960946442922071473.post-9677780935068326682011-07-04T14:46:23.559-07:002011-07-04T14:46:23.559-07:00Happy 4th!Happy 4th!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6960946442922071473.post-80351001126823465552011-07-04T08:46:11.066-07:002011-07-04T08:46:11.066-07:00This would be a good day to pull out the old home ...This would be a good day to pull out the old home movies and see how we used to celebrate.
Happy 4th of July!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
